Sardine Salad
A simple hearty and healthy meal that can be eaten for a light lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- Romaine Lettuce - 1 Head
- Olive Oil - 5 Tbsp
- Tomato - 1 Large
- Red Onion - 1 Medium
- Jalepeno - 1
- White Vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp
- Salt - 3 Tsp
- Sardine - 1 Can
Directions
- Wash salad and rinse using a salad rinser
- Cut the tomatoes, onion, jalepeno and mix with salad in bowl
- Mix Olive oil, vinegar, lemon, and salt and add to bowl
- Add the sardines and mix bowl
