Lamb Ribs Fusion
A recipe I made up from watching different ways of cooking rib of lamb in oven. This recipe can be used for beef ribs too.
Ingredients
- Lamb Ribs - 5lb
- Soy Sauce - 3 Tbsp
- Lemon - 2 Tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Olive oil - 1/4 Cup
- Black Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 Tsp
- Thyme - 1/2 Tsp
- Onion - 1
- Garlic - 6 Cloves
- Rosemary Leaf - 1
Directions
- Mix the Soy sauce, lemon, vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, cumin, thyme, garlic powder and onion powder
- marinate the ribs and let stay overnight preferrably
- Slice onions and put in baking tray. Add the garlic cloves on top and also the Rosemary.
- Place the meat on top and cover tightly with aluminium foil
- Put in oven at 400F for 3 Hours
- When ready, take off the foil cover and broil at high for 10-15 minutes till it gets the color
