Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients

Chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) - 4lb (2 Kirkland Chicken Thighs)

Ginger garlic paste - 2 Tbsp

Yogurt - 2 Cups

Red Chili/Kashmir Chili - 2 Tsp

Cumin - 1 Tsp
-
Garam masala - 3 Tsp
-
Olive Oil - 5 Tbsp

Onion - 2
-
Turmeric - 1 Tsp
-
Tomato sauce - 1 Can
-
Diced tomato - 1 Can
-
Coriander - 1 Tsp
-
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Directions

Marinate chicken in salt ginger garlic paste, yogurt, red chilli, cumin, garam masala and olive oil

Let stay for 5 hours

Heat oil in Cast Iron pot
-
Add Onions
-
Add Ginger Garlic paste when onion starts to turn gold

Add Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Red Chillies, and Salt

Add diced tomatoes
-
Add tomato sauce
-
Sautee for 1 minute
-
Add Chicken
-
Cook for 10 minutes
-
Cook in Oven for 20 minutes at 400F

Put back on Stove and add butter to make it thick

Add yogurt and garam masala and cook for another 5 min
-
Ready when it cools down after 30 minutes
